ORDERS
We pack everything to order in our 5* Food Hygiene Rated Sweet Shop in Rugby, Warwickshire.
COLLECTION AND SHIPPING
🍬You can order online and collect in store. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation number with you.
🍬We ship via courier 1st Class Tracked it should be with you within 3-4 working days from the date of ordering.
🍬Shipping cost is a Flat rate price for orders £5.99 via DPD.
BEST BEFORE DATE
All our pick'n'mix has a minimum 6 months left of the best before date when it is delivered. Our luxury chocolates and truffles are best eaten within 3 months of delivery and kept in a cool dark place.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As we sell food we do not offer returns. If your item arrives damaged please notify us immediately and you must email us with photographic evidence. If your order arrives and is not what you ordered please notify us by email on the same day at sweetretreatrugby@gmail.com and send us photographs of what you have received. We will not exchange your order if you have eaten it already and haven't sent us a photo to show what was delivered! We will always do our best to rectify any concerns promptly. Do not contact us via Facebook/Instagram with queries regarding to your order please as it's likely we will miss it due to the amount of notifications we receive on social media, always send an email. Thank you!
CANCELLATIONS
As we make everything to order, once you have completed your online order we will begin processing your order for completion. If you realise quickly that you need to amend it, we may be able to. It is best to call us at the shop on 01788877273 or email us at sweetretreatrugby@gmail.com within an hour of ordering. Otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once we have started making them.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed if you need to amend it e.g change the shipping address or increase quantity then you need to contact us by phone on 01788877273 or Email sweetretreatrugby@gmail.com within an hour of ordering. We cannot accept changes by Facebook/Instagram as we don't check these regularly enough when processing orders and messages get lost among all the notifications we receive on social media.
OTHER INFORMATION
Sweet Retreat Shop reserves the right to amend prices at any time, and from time to time we find some sweet varieties go out of stock with no warning. We reserve the right to substitute a sweet variety in your pick n mix for a similar item of the same or greater value.
To add a gift message to your order leave a 'special instruction' on your order before checking out and it will print out on the packing slip.
