Returns / Exchanges (if applicable)
As we sell perishable goods we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If your items arrived damaged then you need to take a photograph of the box and the damaged goods inside and send us an email at sweetretreatrugby@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will always do our best to rectify issues quickly.
